Two great courses for skating, classic and snowshoeing!

Einstein Bikes Battle of the 70's (Rock vs Disco), Snow Bike demos and some interesting goodies at the food stop on the 8 km course!


You may pick-up application forms at Brick Wheels, Cuppa Joe or Einstein Cycles.

Registraton/Check-in Hours: 10 am to 11:45 am  DOORS OPEN AT 10 AM. 
You may sign/check in between these hours.
All women MUST CHECK-IN at the Registration

Already Registered?
You MUST Check-in at REGISTRATION (located at the Botanic Garden Visitor Center) to receive your event button (basically your pass to the Tour) wine sampling tickets, and pick-up any of your girl goodie orders. You must SIGN a WAIVER at this time.  

Day of Registraton?
Women may register the day of at the event. You may also purchase shirts/cards/posters at this time. There is a $10 late fee added to all prices. 
You may sign-in anytime between 10 am and 11:45. 

Courses

We have two courses to select from. Visit our Map page to view.  We will be skiing on the Vasa Trail and sections only open for our Tour!

You may enter the course anytime between 10 am - 11:45 .  BE AWARE that aid stations on the courses will begin closing at 1:00 p.m to 1:30. SHARP.  If you enter the course after the designated time-make sure you know your own abilities and allow time to return to Timber Ridge. We will have a sweep on the courses.
The course will be marked with directional signage.
Aid Stations close beginning at 1:00 p.m. through 1:15
All participants must be off ALL courses by 1:30 p.m. THE Event CLOSES AT 2 pm
NOTE: The course has several steep uphills and downhills that are very challenging. Be prepared to traverse safely down the hills and take your time.  Luckily this isn't a race!  It's all about the adventure.  

Parking

There is limited parking at the event. We always encourage CAR POOLING. We will have volunteers helping to park cars.  Please do not park in the marked Fire Lane.

Lost and Found is located at Registration/Check-In.

Our event is about supporting the organizations that make our community a healthy and vibrant place to live. Your extra donation helps.  The Tour contributes a portion of our proceeds (after expenses) to Madeleine's House, and area non-profits.
